Insert a WRONG sim card, one that doesn’t work in your phone. When it says phone restricted, press ‘undo’. It will ask you for a restriction code, and input the code into the box on the screen.

Im trying to enter this code into my 8310

#pw+223 945 156 121 247+1#

but i dont know how to get pw+ on to the screen as its only letting my type in numbers.

THanks for trying, it will not undo the restriction with that code and I entered just as you said.

Sorry, “Cannot undo restriction” or “Not allowed” means your phone is now hardlocked, as you have used more than 5 codes and 3 on some models, so the only solution now, is by taking it to a professional unlocker for direct unlocking, as there is no software or cables to unlock your phone. You are able to still use it on it’s original network.
