To which I agree but just because someone has actually said it, doesn't mean they stand to be accused of 'being blinkered'.

    Ok, interfering then

, and do you seriously think Boots would have employed someone who is pregnant to maul about all their Christmas stock?

Why would she be 'mauling' their Christmas stock? Is she an animal?

No doubt you have an idea of what to pass on to her so she can claim benefits so I hope her pregnancy goes well for the future.

And maybe a lesson for the future to read/listen what the prospective employer is actually asking for. She's no chance of an interview if she can't even get the basic application process sorted.

I have thanked numerous posts on here today, due to the fact that the individuals who wrote them are trying to help in their own way, not because I would encourage fraud, I just appreciate people trying to help out and offer advice, if you go through my list of thank yous I am sure this will become apparent.

No she is not an animal - would they employ her and not expect her to lift anything or stock the shelves and if you could clarify what point you are trying to make about me I would be interested to read it. I have two jobs and a mortgage and pay my own bills thank you.

It was a comment on what I would consider, placed at the end of a post with suggestions (move back home until birth, don't assume that Boots wouldn't take a pregnant person etc) that you have chosen to ignore.

I did not say that she should, only that it is an option that could be considered (if she has not gone over the limit).

    yes quite!!!!!
Go back and read the original post - her daughter is "21 WEEKS PREGNANT - you went off on a tangent not actually answering the original query or being of any help just spouting what you would do, she doesn't want to know what you would do (or me or anyone else) she asked for help on a completley different subject.
    I rest my case!!

As had already been pointed out, Boots have staff that are pregnant so I am sure they have procedures in place. I fail to see why being pregnant would preclude her from stacking shelves either to be honest but if Boots decided that their pregnant staff are not to do it, then I'm sure they would find something else to do. Do you think all shop floor staff who get pregnant get laid off? Of course they don't. Anyway, it's all moot points since she clearly won't be working there as she assumed a quick glance from a member of staff (who wouldn't be in the recruitment process) over her application form meant she didn't have a chance hence no online application.

Does she still have the completed appliation form so that she can show the JCP that it was completed? And she could ask Boots to check their CCTV - they are bound to have her entering the shop and possible speaking to the Customer Service area. Might convince the JCP and then lift the sanction.

Ummm the point that she should apply for ESA. That's all.

In the same post, I made other suggestions which, as I have pointed out before, you have ignored. I cannot advise on the benefits side of things as I don't know about them and others were doing a better job. There is more to consider here than just access to benefits, hence my suggestions.

To be honest I don't think it is worth 'falling out' over, Nicky and Viola.

The OP has made her daughter's feeling clear on either subject and I think it's fair to say that everyone has views on these emotive subjects. For some it's clearly an option to be considered and for others not.

Oh please don't make me laugh 24 weeks......... i felt my baby kicking at 20 weeks and while an early abortion in some cases maybe a better option for some i cannot even begin to imagine who it would be better for at this stage.....i know people who have had to have late abortions for medical reasons and it is a horrendous thing to have to go through.

i have not ignored any of your points, and while some may be valid as i have already pointed out on numerous occasions now it is not up to any of us to to give them to the OP.
