A couple of years ago they were selling the camera I wanted at £499. I found it on the web at £379 and they matched it with no problems. The guy made a quick call to his head office and it was all OK'd.

No extra 10% though, but then I didn't know about it and maybe a couple of years ago they didn't do that.

Not quite sure where you managed to get your 'less 10%' from, but even *just* using £50 cash back reduces £334.99 down to £284.99 which is only £23 or so dearer than ebuyer??????

There's a Quidco offer which gives an extra 10% off, which is probably where that came from.

Unfortunately it's not valid on digital SLRs, which is what I want :sulk:

When I got my camera I took in printouts from the 3 cheapest websites I could find, so that if they wouldn't match with the first I had some others to fall back on.

I don't understand why Jessops offer to match less 10% when they seem to be refusing to lots of people here.

I am interested in the Canon Ixus 900 TI. I saw this instore for £349.99.
