New seller, familiar product, no apostrophes or capital 'I's - who lives in an identity like this? ;)

    As I said
This spelling and use of capitals reminds me of a certain website. Mmmmm!
I'd rather be an Optimist and be proved wrong than a Pessimist and be proved right.

    Cracking! :rotfl:
  • And another thing princessa;

it would be possible for him to have developed a number of photos and then have them all signed because if hes been to the zoo and stayed around for a while he may have aquired them signatures over a period of a couple of weeks or maybe got other people, ie. friends to obtain those signatures...

come on guys think! :wall :

Yes, there are many things he could have done to obtain all these signatures, but do you actually believe that??? We all know the most obvious thing is that they are fakes. The seller is clearly a con man, you can tell this by looking at his past auctions. Why invent a new name just to post on this thread?

Princessa, don't bother referring to Mr. Birch in the third person singular when you are replying to none other than Mr. Birch himself.

Astonishing! he's listed the Picasso again

    and another 'Irwin'!

I've contacted Ebay - his college might be getting some communication, as well. I'm sure they'll take the view that, having put his details on what was a public Bebo page, he's bringing the college into disrepute ;)

I'm sure other members on here will follow me by complaining (again!) to Ebay and whoever else

I see the guy who "won" the last Irwin has been bidding on this one too.
Perhaps because he also lives in the West Midlands he is able to save on postage.
It's clear that eBay aren't interested in going after the real crooks - those who accidently contravene a Vero or compete with a PowerSeller are much easier to target. Seems it's down to Halesowen College to have a word. I imagine if the phrase "Halesowen College" appears often enough in this thread it will come up on Google :)
Bear in mind that the culprit here is only 17; we havey to tread a mite more carefully than with some of the others we've taken down. Personal information should not be posted to this thread, including the seller's name (which we all know anyway so no need to post).
    Can I help?

Reported again for the 4th time.

Since he has removed Western Union from his payment terms I imagine it was for that breach they removed his other listings...rather than them having to even mention fraud!

Its clear the first bidder is a shill bidding account...reported for that too.

dprb1989 being his photobucket account details (click on one of the images)

Now fee avoidance would probably be the next transgression to report - £10 for postage on a photograph........
They promised the earth...and delivered mud. Technically though it did meet the spec.

Legally, he's till a juvenile. Ebay aren't keen on juveniles - particularly scamming juveniles....................;)
