This isn't a tiny family run company, likely to go bust from a couple of hundred £10 off orders - this is a chain with 16 stores throughout the country.
I still think they are being shabby not honouring the vouchers already issued.
This is a family run company and the owners have worked exceedingly hard over the last 12 years to build up the business into the "chain of 16 stores" and earn very little money themselves, ploughing profits back into the business and providing much needed employment in a remote rural area. Please check your facts before you have a rant. I suspect you are rather better off than they are!0 -
