There are 2 lanes for a reason strider but if you cannot see the extent of the traffic and still try and pass them you make a rod for your own back.
Like the nickname Talivan though, road terrorists.0 -

No excuses, there was no need to be in the lane, and no need for an emergency stop either.
Surprised you havn't blamed some little old lady for your poor driving ability..0 -
Is there video footage of this incident?0

Huh?
You guys have gotten all carried away, I didn't mention an accident or owt else...... I was simply stating that they like to sit Talivan's in locations where drivers are slowing for a new speed limit, BUT where concentration is on the wannabe racing driver next to them rather than on the grass verge 300 yards down the road.
And I really don't see why there's an issue with overtaking on a dual carriageway..... If you don't like it then get up nearer to the speed limit OR move the f*ck over and let the rest of us make unhindered progress.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

Which one would get caught?
The driver doing 40 of course......
Why did you sound your horn? :rotfl:0 -
^^ The car in front and behind me both did too, up ahead nearly every car flashed their lights at him/her.... I think we all realised that we needed to use a bit more persuasion. But the muppet ignored us.
Audio is slightly off sync though.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”

The points would be valid for totting up purposes for 3 years and they can be removed from your licence after 4 years.0

There isn't usually but you made it sound like you couldn't see far enough ahead to be sure if it was clear before the road narrowed and the speed limit dropped, thats all.
As for him beeping his horn, its a warning to let others know you are there.I'd bip someone with no lights on too.0
