Well, to be fair it's not emblazoned on the form but personally when I'm handing out RQ to HH I always look for the envelope with HD1 on it. NOW I call them HD1 *rolls eyes*. I'm also in the habit of calling Dummy questionnaires Dummy tapes. Pfft.

To be honest I don't understand why he/she had never heard of it either but heyho.

But you have to be careful - HC1 forms also have envelopes with HD1 on them (annoyingly).

I know. A lesson well learned on my first day. Also (once only) I forgot to take off the bar code and stick it on the form. Halfway down the I thought ef u c kay! I went back the next day and luckily he was there. I reckon it takes at least a couple of weeks to settle into the ins and outs of this role.

They weren't referred to as HD1s in the online training, nor in classroom training, nor in any of the manuals, nor by any of the other collectors or my coordinator. Everyone calls them H1s. But strangely you seem to call them HD1s. Odd hmmm?

I did the same on my 1st day but with the added complication i gave them a Welsh instead of an English form and didnt realise until i looked through my spares and saw they were all Welsh forms so had to go back again

Says the dunce who's never heard of HD1 even though it's on the front of most of the envelopes. You should stop rolling around on your head so much, it's doing you no favours.
