Despite having never heard of it it turns out it is only 15 mins or less from here, will easily be able to make it before the bride - would you like me to save you a seat? Which side of the church? Don't worry I will be fine - if you have seen the film 'Wedding Crashers' you will know I can pull it off.

I can get to Shendish quicker than you if you want someone to stand there and pretend to be you until you arrive (not entirely convinced I can pull this off mind)....
    I think....

I never know where to stick my bag on a train, so it's on my lap if some bugg4h sits next to me. Otherwise it's on the chair next to me. Couldn't possibly ever reach any overhead shelving/whatever's up there.

I can't read or anything in moving vehicles or I'm sick as a parrot - I've read it's to do with long-sightedness. And there's not a lot of space is there, so you just sit staring at the back of the chair in front of you, or out of the window. Windows are good though... you see stuff out there. Green stuff and water stuff and some houses, then a tiny crossing, the occasional station (that you can rarely see the name of) and it's off past more green stuff.

Can't go to the loo as it'd involve taking your bag etc with you. But looking out of the window is good.

    On the floor.

Ah but there's no difference Pastures. On a train, the seats are dirty and dusty too.
Please stay safe in the sun and learn the A-E of melanoma: A = asymmetry, B = irregular borders, C= different colours, D= diameter, larger than 6mm, E = evolving, is your mole changing? Most moles are not cancerous, any doubts, please check next time you visit your GP.

Ah, you have seen the training video so would doubtless carry it off better than me.

    I've been Money Tipped!
I always think with weddings its ok if you are there before the after do starts, and don't let on you were late. After all...you know what they are going to say, unless you don't, and if you don't know then there is a good chance its not worth hearing alternative wording.

Instead use time before after do to check out the seating plan :)

Really, I like weddings, but only occasionally. I'd see more of them if they televised friends weddings so you could watch them from home.

dh got out to do some strimming then got back in again. He asked me to test the repair he did on the dinghy in the pool, then left me stranded in there unable to get out so that I couldn't crawl back in and rather had to stay out there. He's not totally mean though, he brought be a bloanket and a book to read in the dinghy. The book (supermarket fodder) reminded me about the local library....

If you're late, run into the church singing "IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!!"

Most of the trains I go on are actually really clean. Thameslink is an obvious exception.

We're going to Istanbul next weekend for a wedding - not a lot of choice, really, as OH is the best man. But because it's still term-time, we can't go at cheaper times or make a longer holiday of it - out on Friday evening, back on Sunday evening.
