Working on a saturday morning. Boo!!!!!!!!!!It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.0

I got 3 too. Most of it felt quite obvious. I did one a while ago about recognising facial expressions (which I thought I was bad at) and it felt as though I was totally guessing most of them, but it turned out I'd got nearly all of them right. Big surprise.
Congratulations Doozer - but details, please, details!
I have booked up another PV quote for Tuesday, plus an electrician on Monday to advise on whether it's practicable to move my consumer unit, and I've persuaded my builder to say he'll come back to finish off my bits and pieces on Wednesday.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.0 -
In fact I can't sleep as it's just sloshing around and around my head...that fear of bombing and it all falling flat.....but we had to try it.
You're absolutely right, you had to! Just to be able to say that you've done it and to achieved it is more than most designers out there would ever be able to say. I'm really excited for you! I would have said congrats last night, I feel rude for making one comment and then disappearing but I thought I'd work my way through the thread but then realised I couldn't see straightFingers and legs crossed for you that it is profitable as well as terrifying!
I went to a wedding a couple of weeks ago and I'm pretty sure I was sharing the room with one of your creations.Everything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.

Thanks
It's a semi. 30s, not exactly a traditional layout as it's been bashed about a bit already. A slight echo of Art Deco but it looks incredibly drab and has lost a lot of it's features so the plan is to Deco it up again. Original doors have been boarded over and the the original bakelite back plates are there although a lot of the original knobs have disappeared.
It has the most ridiculous extensions, like a terrible Spanish hotel annex and covered party area. They need to come down. When we've properly agreed it, I'll post some pics on the other place if people would like. They will either be replaced with a nice white glassy extension OR if we can get the PP, we will be building our own new pad within the grounds and not extending the existing house.
We haven't picked our own home for a long time. This house was picked for us as we took it in part exchange for one of our projects. I picked a house about seven years ago but H hated it and made me sell it. I'm properly excited. Happy with the house itself, lovely and light and I can see it finished in my head, but a new shiny house just for us would be amazing and sooner than I was expecting. Legs and fingers crossed please :jEverything that is supposed to be in heaven is already here on earth.
