    Increased bandwidth allowance by 50%.

Last legitimate posting (you lot) was 9 April. I need to look into that, see if I need to change something. Spammers are arriving at the main site. Might close the front end off for a month or so, stop them in their tracks.

Edit: and thousands of spammers awaiting approval :( Going through them now.

Yup, it's up and running......None of us has posted there for about 6 weeks.

But like a spare tyre, it's nice to have it. Thank you! :)

Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.
    :)

Maybe it's time to sell that site.... I'm really 'annoyed' right now as my mate who got $200k randomly for one of his domains 2 years ago has just been offered $240k for another of his. Both were bl00dy 1-pagers and he's still in 'school' .... or college as we'd call it here as he's about 20 now.

PN there is a piece on the BBC about a 4G trial in Cornwall - of any use to you?

GB222 you don't half post some witty stuff. Love your sense of humour.

All the morbid talk reminds me of a chat I was having with my folks a month ago re ISAs. We were discussing the best buys, & I mentioned the odd 5% for 5 years deal. My dad replied that he wouldn't tie any of his funds up for more than a year cos he doesn't think he'll last much longer!

He has health problems, but it is still a shocker to hear someone say that so bluntly. Whilst it is a rational decision, it still feels...wrong.

On the plus side, all 4 peppers have now sprouted! Still don't have even a flower on a tomato plant yet (before davsnave starts about eating a huge hoegrown plate of salad!;))
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.

Apparently the dust cloud settling over europe is not volcanic in origin, it comes from the Man City trophy cabinet :)

Okay, that was plucked from the internets, I admit :o

Toms are flowering, but don't seem to be happy chappies in the windy weather we had lately. Same for peppers (2 Habaneros and 2 red cayennes...I think).
