DW wouldn't let me get away with that however...
A stable marriage has the same emotional value to a husband or wife as a salary of £65,000 a year, a new book claimed yesterday.
It said a people in long-term marriages are 'significantly more content' than those who are unmarried.
And it calculated the 'psychic benefit' of a long marriage at £65,000 a year - double the average household income.

Shouldn't Generali be in bed? It's a school night.

We're only 9 hours ahead of you at the moment so I was posting at midnight. We're only 11 hours ahead in your winter which would have meant I was posting at 2am. Which I wasn't.

9C yesterday am. Winter is here :-(.

For some here, earning say £50k, they could still earn a healthy £20-30k in 2-3 days/week.

This was explained to me as the total reason for women to go to university. :eek:So when they have little kids they can work part time for decent money.

And the theory would have worked if tax credits hadn't held wages down and if half the people hadn't gone to Uni.

Strange piece - at the end they go on to imply that correlation implies causation - doh!

Also they don't put an estimate on how much extra income you need to compensate for having a demanding wife....
    I think....

Did you buy cinnamon sticks or cassia bark? Cassia is the tough outer layer and cheaper.

I tracked down the empty jar. It says Bart Cinnamon Sticks. No mention of cassia bark, so I guess that means they were cinnamon sticks then?
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Off to see Derren Brown tonight. Well excited!

Glad I've stuff on this week, as the build up to this weekends football would be killing me if I didn't have the distractions.
It's getting harder & harder to keep the government in the manner to which they have become accustomed.
