I remember one trip, with an ex, in an old A30, we were going 120 miles... had to keep stopping to manually adjust the carb float as it was flooding.
Old cars were great, open up the bonnet and you knew what you were looking for and what to do when you spotted it!0 -
omg, my family used to have the collins street bakery delivered halfway round the world for christmas. they are gorgeous. i would except i can't justify the cost.
We'd also have a box of orange/lemon slices, but they were special (for adults only except the one we were allowed to take when we were offered them).0 -
Yeah, I think she must be near on as thin as VB now, she has shrank a fair bit in the last couple years. Don't know how she carries it better though? Maybe its the smile as opposed to a pout....
:hello:
Have to say, I don't think she looks good. I think she looks aolder than she is. Soe footage to day showed her in a blue dress to above the knee (higher at the back)and her thighs were painfully thin. Unattractive and, frankly not terriby healthy. she remains attractive because she smiling and nice.
It worries me that our girls have so few role models of a ''normal'' healthy weight. Either too fat or too thin.0 -
I'm turning into lir.
I thought she looked really old with that hairdo and also her weight loss. She looked much better when she was a bit more filled out0 -
Doesn't really matter though does it ... she's the one that bagged a prince and gets to live in a castle and have a great life with people buying her stuff and clearing up behind her.
Full of win that is.0 -

Yes what a smile.
Kate gets that amazing norf & saff from her grandmother "Lady" Dorothy Harrison/Goldsmith, the daughter of the bloke who had the good sense to get out of the coal mine and train as a chippy.
Did anyone else watch the Channel 4 attempt to turn up Kate's genealogy?
There is a bit of debate on the net on the accuracy - a few people falling into the USA disease of wanting to believe their ancestors were not as boring as they appear to be:
"We come from a long line of lawyers" - Bit of a shame that an old fashioned "S" looks like a modern "L".0 -

Just saw a clip of Kate modelling that see-through dress when she was at Uni and I thought that she looked a much healthier weight then. But I guess the pressure of knowing that the whole worl is watching what you're wearing and how you wear it can't help.0
