    I can't believe I've missed fc123 again!

I've now finished the frankie boyle book. Moving onto this:

Should be a happy start to 2011 eh?

I'm sure when this one is done there'll be a jack the ripper fest for a couple of months.

How the devil is everyone? I have the delight of being at work...

Pastures, what's wrong with Ilfracombe? Various one-bed flats to rent for £350 pcm (can probably bargain them down a bit).

Sorry about the arm. Artex on ceilings looks nice IMHO. On a wall, it's just stooopid.
No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?

Oh dear! You have just passed question 1 in the 'Am I Really Welsh?' Quiz:eek:

Question Two: Do you like UPVC windows with crissy-crossy leaded lights?

Yeah, didn't like that book. Basically, it said nothing you could actually use. Just touchy feely american pop psychology.

I thought pasturesnew was going to buy a little converted van, and go gypsie.

I'm only 20 pages in. Already wondering if I should carry on, as I absolutely hate exactly what you describe tomterm8. Is it that bad? Should I save myself?

I don't want to tell anyone not to read a book, because in my experience people get different stuff out of them... in my case, I couldn't finish it, I just gave it away. That's very rare.

Didn't like it lj, sorry. I like books about how people think, but prefer Six Thinking Hats:
    http://www.amazon.co.uk/Six-Thinking-Hats-Edward-Bono/dp/0141033053/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1293827942&sr=8-1

I also find Howard Gardener more interesting, though there is much argument against his multiple intelligence theories too. Basically it says different people are clever in different ways. This is one of his books:
