Or offering to take part in one of your surveys...
Word gets round very quickly in small communities.... they're all hoping to catch you naked and molesting chickens. :)

Just ventured downstairs, 3 arguments, I'm back up here again now. All angry. It's so bl00dy miserable all the time, there's no joy. Not in anything. Ever.

PN, put in the cheeky offer on one of those winter lets...tomorrow if they are open.

Would getting away for a short while help? A break for a few days would give you a break from your caring duties and might help the oldies appreciate you better on your return.

There's no joy in a short break when you're alone. I'm holding out for the bigger plan, to leave and not come back. Next month.

No. I've never really been anywhere and don't look at places to go. I just want to run away, close the door and curl up in a ball and sleep. Then I'll turn on the telly, get a pizza and cook it .... all without interruption, comment, arguments. Bliss.

Happiness to me is my own space.

Oh PN, plenty of joy...you with your amazing eye for pictures must get pleasure from beautiful things and places? Or a cheap spa break.....just get spoilt for once and be cared for yourself.

Aspies don't "do" spas. We don't like being touched.

And now I'm angry because I fell down the bl00dy stairs and ripped my arm open on the very rough artex swirls as I was trying to save myself from completely removing my face on the artex swirl wall 2 steps from the bottom :( It farking HURTS!!

That's such a shame. There are lots of studies about how ood touch is...from people or pets, but if you don't like it it would have th opposite impact. Though ther are things you can do without it in some spas. e.g. The Centre Parks spa at longleat is a series of rooms ...different steams, showers, a pool. You can go alone, because you jut go into rooms and have a nice smelling warm damp experience quietly before going into another smelling temperature damp experience.

Hope you get a place sorted out PN. If the situation is under strain there I can understand you eager to look for a new place to call home, but the money you're talking would soon impact your STR fund with interest rates so low. Hope you can find something much cheaper, that suits some of the priorities of your special requirements (not sharing). There must be something good out there for you, which is good value.

If I could swipe a set of keys for one of these apartments from someone I knew would definately not be using one this Winter, I'd give you a rental contract at £50pm, and take full legal repsonsibility. Provided you didn't know of my bending the law.. suspect you couldn't be booted out or charged; civil matter. However you really need something legit and still good value.

Glad you're continuing to make success of your business ventures fc123, enjoying yourself, and clear to see you're still full of pure energy. You sound like you've been having a great time in recent months.. which might not have been the case if you hadn't taken many new risks, away from the leased store you ran a couple of years ago.
