You're not getting away with it that easily missus.

And it's just £30off a website with no minimum spend. got 2 wool scarves and a bracelet for £10.45 delivered. It's on the grabbit board. :rotfl:

Thanks for the update inspector monkfish, I sent you a PM about something. Hope that was ok.

Almost the end of the year, I can't believe how the year has flown and the amount of things that have changed!

When you get to middle age it's difficult to know which is best/worst bet..... second hand versus elderly virgin. Mmmmm......

I don't think Davesnave is "for sale" - second hand or otherwise.
Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. (Link permitted by forum team)
Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).
Oh, and wear your seatbelt. My kids are only alive because they were wearing theirs when somebody else was driving in wet weather with worn tyres.

Excellent value, you got through in the end then. I've just had a look at the Grabbit board for the first time. Will have to keep an eye open for what's on offer there.

I could do with buying a new winter jacket but it's something I would want to try on. Can't find the time or the inclination but will be in London over the weekend and might drag myself round a few shops. :)

I shop online mostly as can do it later in the day and with the grabbit board/vouchers board to hand. Just order 2 sizes if not sure and return, they mostly do free returns nowadays.

Hope PN gets her fresh and sparkling tall man :D

Oh please don't let Davesnave think we are discussing his virtues (long or short) any more. He's happily spoken for. :D

:rotfl:She clearly wants a man to look up to! (I think she's five foot nothing herself :))

Is there a voucher for one on the Grabbit board?

    I've been Money Tipped!
re height....I never planned to marry a not tall man, but you know, it doesn't matter to me now. I married a man who I love to spend time with, who I can't imagine being without...while tall is obviously yum, its not more important than that. DH is tall when we are in Italy.;)

Likewise, I never intended to marry a lady taller than me.....but 30 years on, it's probably the last thing we think about. ;)

Eleven years younger was good, though!:rotfl:
  • Thanks everyone, for all the kind words :)
Please take the time to have a look around my Daughter's website www.daisypalmertrust.co.uk
