Almost the end of the year, I can't believe how the year has flown and the amount of things that have changed!0 -
When you get to middle age it's difficult to know which is best/worst bet..... second hand versus elderly virgin. Mmmmm......
I don't think Davesnave is "for sale" - second hand or otherwise.Do you know anyone who's bereaved? Point them to https://www.AtaLoss.org which does for bereavement support what MSE does for financial services, providing links to support organisations relevant to the circumstances of the loss & the local area. Tyre performance in the wet deteriorates rapidly below about 3mm tread - change yours when they get dangerous, not just when they are nearly illegal (1.6mm).

Excellent value, you got through in the end then. I've just had a look at the Grabbit board for the first time. Will have to keep an eye open for what's on offer there.
I could do with buying a new winter jacket but it's something I would want to try on. Can't find the time or the inclination but will be in London over the weekend and might drag myself round a few shops.0 -
I shop online mostly as can do it later in the day and with the grabbit board/vouchers board to hand. Just order 2 sizes if not sure and return, they mostly do free returns nowadays.
Hope PN gets her fresh and sparkling tall man0 -
re height....I never planned to marry a not tall man, but you know, it doesn't matter to me now. I married a man who I love to spend time with, who I can't imagine being without...while tall is obviously yum, its not more important than that. DH is tall when we are in Italy.;)0

Likewise, I never intended to marry a lady taller than me.....but 30 years on, it's probably the last thing we think about.
Eleven years younger was good, though!:rotfl:0 -
