Evening everyone!
Sorry to hear about your troubles, jakes-mum - I'm with Footie, if it was a fault on the side of the manufacturer then they should flippin' well pay for it! And they should certainly compensate you for having to cross paths with that rude little man! Hope your pain - and outrage! - will ease soon.
Hello to the rest of my fellow potters - some fabulous potting going on as always! Can't say I'm liking all this talk of cheesecake though - cheesecake is officially one of my favourite things in the world, but there is none in my house, and now I want some! You lot are gonna have me hacking my pots open for cheesecake money! I must be strong!
£3.35 in shiny silver in my pot yesterday, and my Mummy found 5p in the garden today and kindly donated it to my pot! (I encouraged her to start a pot of her own, but she demonstrated no appreciation of the wonder that is potting, so I gratefully accepted it for my pot and I think it is already enjoying its new home!
Welcome newbies, happy potting! Enjoy the madhouse!
Bye for now, potters! x

That is outrageous. I bet if you were buying a new car they would have been sucking up to you big time.
I am so sorry that you have been treated so badly Jakes-mum
Too right you should write a letter of complaint.
I do hope your not in too much pain sweetie, make sure you rest up as much as possible.

Evening everyone
I have had a busy day at some netball finals that I organised, I am so tired and aching as I didnt sit down all day. There was cheesecake at the presentaton tea but guess what Hotspur after all that I didnt even have any even though I was drooling and dribblingby all accounts it was lovely too from what I was told. Not on my hips I say. I should have a triple weightloss just for resisting next week
I have fed Rosie £1.01 tonight, 6p of which fell out of may jacket pocket as I got out of the car. I hadn't even checked them. I am slipping.
Have a good day tomorrow everyone and I hope you all enjoyed the sunshine while I was stuck in doors.

Now its funny you should say that but after we got treated like rubbish at the renault service centre, we went into the renault garage, as I was talking to himself about doing the motability scheme and as soon as the sales bloke heard the words 'high rate mobility' he was my new best friend :rotfl:

Ah thank you, shes running fine again now and Ive just bought her new struts for the boot so hubby doesnt have to hold it up with his head while he lugs my scooter out :rotfl:
Seems rude mechanic had suffered a bereavement the day before which was why he was so rude to us, not sure why that made him rude to anyone undr the age of 40 but that was the reason given to renault when they rang to forward my complaint.SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £25/£10000 -
a lovely 36p in my pot today which includes *fanfare* a whopping 3p roadkill! :j yes I took miss lily to return her library books and she insisted on going into waitrose next door, as we were walking past the trolleys a shiny 2p caught my eye, i quickly picked it up and as i stood up i noticed a 1p sat under the trolleys on the other side. Obviously my daughter knew that money was there and was guiding me to it :rotfl:SPC No 002 SPC(3) £285/£250 (4) £519.84/£500 (5) £768.32/£500 (6) £911.30/£600 (7) £913.23/£600 (8) £1184.82/£750 (9) £2864.04/£750 (10) £3846.25/£1000 (11) £1779.72/£1000 (12) £1596.55/£1000 (13) £1534.70/£1000 (14) £775.60/£1000 (15) £700.20/£1000 (16) £2081.34/£1000 (17) £1691.15/£1000 (18) £25/£10000
