Hi all!

Pot opened and counted, £42 banked. Happy as we only joined in September.

Now resealed and started again.

Sorry if this is in the wrong place, been busy clearing snow and ice the past week or so, so not had a minute to post my total and now can't find the post!

Look forward to mega pennies this time next year!

Well it must be the day for finding money in the snow today! I found 15p so thats now in my sealed pot!

So my total now stands at ..........drum roll................. £1.26!!!

Afternoon all,

Haven't posted for a few days as I have been short of time. Trying to organise a house move is incredibly time consuming!

Well my OH slept on the sofa till 5am this morning and when I went downstairs to tidy up I found a nice shiny £2 coin and 40p so that has gone in my pot today. I have also found 6p in coppers which will go in my daughter's piggy bank (all coppers and 5ps go in her piggy!). :j

Oh..£1.50 went in my pot yesterday. Again with thanks to the OH not emptying his pockets and I found the £1 and 50p coins in the washing machine. As much as I love finding money it really annoys me to find them in the washing machine as it could stop it working :mad:

Can I join please?

I already have one of those sealed tins which I periodically put £2, 50p, 20p and 10p into. I mean to do it everyday but actually it's about once a fortnight i have a clearout.

Maybe this will make me do it more often?

I guess I already have maybe £100 or so in it so target by next December £500 (really hoping for more but don't want to be dissappointed!)
