Hello potters
Just fed Rosie £1.08 today. Not much change so I added the £1 for good measure that was in my purse.Having a go on the Lotto again this week. If I win I will share it with you....well it needs to be a tidy some with all the members on here. Talk nicely to me and you may get lucky
Anything small and it goes straight to the pot.
Its been a cold one told, took my breath away playing netball outside. I must be crazzzy but keeps me out of trouble. Hope you have all had a good day today and there is still tomorrow of the week left so enjoy and no mention of the lovely sunday dinners please otherwise I will have to go buy a bib to catch the dribbles. :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Hi All
My tin doing nicely. I must say though that I think I am developing a problem with savings now. Haha I ave a pot for coppers which I count up then put note in sealed tin. A purse for 50ps n 20ps which again i save, count up, then put note in tin.
I have ad to have a new washing machine recently and I am now charging myself £1 per wash n this is going in another pot. This will pay for the machine (Argos 6 months interest free).
Not bad for somebody who can't save. Just hope it lasts all year????0 -

Is there anyway I can get photos on here Sue, to show you the 'masterpiece' when it's done
.
Hi Nu1isit i asked the very same questionon the yummy takeaway secret thread
and got a lovley reply from sb44 am sure they wont mind me sharing info here
( its post no 174 on page 9 ) am not terribly good at explaining techy things i usually fumble and get there in the endbut this sorted out me troubles ..
Use something like www.photobucket.com it is free to register.
Upload your photo (there is a big green button 'Upload Images and Video') click that.
Click on the photo you want to put on here (from your pics folder on your pc), once uploaded a list will show on the left of it saying Share this image, double left click on the one that says Direct Link (it will automatically copy it for you).
When you type in your message here on the forum there is a little yellow box with a mountain and sun in it (on the line where the fonts etc are), click on that, it will bring up another box that says enter your url, just press Ctrl and V on your keyboard to paste your link into that then press Ok and it will then place your pic underneath your writing which will show on the forum.
I hope this helps.0 -

Thanks sweet, though I might've known it'd be an [STRIKE]odd ball[/STRIKE] errm Northern thing, must try it some day.
and I love you too SueDon't worry, bargainlover and mommyof4, you're not alone I promise you. I struggle to get a £5er a week - but - whatever we get, it's savings and could make the difference between having enough for most things over Christmas and not doing so. There are many of us just like you, but we're all saving what we can when we can - be proud of it and yourselves! :j snip*
I'll second that! as my MIL would say with regards to our sporadic visits, " It's a feast or famine", sometimes I have a lucky break and then have nothing for days (sometimes weeks). At the end of the day it's not a competition, we're all just trying to go the distance.
