I do believe your first sentence was a little naughty....shameful of you! :eek:I'll have a word with jammy-dodger as she put a photo on here last. Me? I haven't an inklin.
Thanks Sue U-U...It's taking ages to dry ***taps foot impatiently***still waiting for a few bits n pieces to dry, before I can do anything else.
An undetermined amount placed in the pot today, we kept putting in bits of shrapnel - but lost track ...

Daisygogo - I LOVE IT when I find money cleaning, washing etc, and get to put it in the pot! It's as good as roadkill! Managing a few pennies every day, and hoping to get on to pounds next month!Sealed pot Challenge 2011 member No 1241 - Final total £154.21

:j picked my car up from the garage and they charged me 25.00 less than what they had originally quoted so I smiled and quickly paid in case it was a mistake !! So after that bit of good fortune I went to the cashpoint and withdrew 60.00 which was my compensation from British Gas for having no heating and hot water over Christmas for 3 days and I've added it to my pot
normally I would have left it in my bank and spent it on something but this challenge is really motivating me to think about my money differently, thank you :T I'm now off to do some more washing and I'm hoping to find some shrapnel in my son's and hubby's jeans
hope everyone has a good Saturday x
Thats great daisygogo really pleased for you. Topped up your pot nicely :T:TFootiemad:footie: 2013 - SPC no.1147...Keeep potting!!

It's a pleasure to have you with us, victoriaplum1 and chinagirl. A warm welcome aboard and have fun saving.
You'll find your numbers at the bottom of the list on post 3 of page 1. Please read through posts 1 & 2 as it'll let you know exactly what to do with the challenge. NB. Please pop your number on your sig, it helps so very much. NB. Pots are emptied on 1st December 2011, thank you.
Hi JD, I can see you didn't know whether you were coming or going last night. Take care! BTW nu1isit? was asking how to get photos on here and I remembered you put yours on here a few weeks ago. Could you possibly let us all know how please??
Thanks a lot y-m-Amy..and well done.:)
A holiday together will be great to look ahead to, youngmummy...keep right on saving then!luckycharlie wrote:Hi SUE

How could I not take care of my flock, LC 2??! I'm darned if I'm letting some to**er like that on here just waiting for folk to go to his/her site and collect e-mails. Having said that, I'm amazed a .com or a co.uk is allowed in a username, especially after all the trouble that was caused before Christmas by someone trying to steal our e-mails and passwords. I'm forever on the look out - but *everyone be alert for web sites in signatures* etc too, we had that in the "SPC Return" (2nd) thread, but again they didn't get far!!!
Good to see you, Kerfuffle - with cash too, well done!
Great news about the £60 compensation from British Gas, daisygogo, the reduction on the car too! :j
I'm not too sure about the savings passports that you're talking of, SJP, but re "my sealed pot is harder to control...." if I were you I'd hide it well!!!
I see now that scubaangel has advised you. All the best and thanks scuba.
Excellent news, fedupandskint that's great savings!!!
No worry about not posting much, Fiasco55, we all do things according to the time we have.
Good to see you whenever you can make it, Dee.
Hiya LC!! A lie-in tomorrow hopefully! You have a lovely weekend too.
Patience is always rewarded, nu1isit?! It does take a while to dry though..well worth it though.
Some marvellous savings again everyone. Very well done! Have a lovely Sunday, but keep warm.
