  • Hi LC2 - Yes I'm sure we'll get a special medal as there aren't that many old timers around ;) Talking of the old gang - have Reb or Elsie been in to post their totals Sparky?

OOOOH! holidays, well actually my pottie is paying towards an 8-week adventure I'm planning in September, including Singapore, Kuala Lumpur, Borneo, New Zealand and Australia:D:D:D I'm hoping to use BA air miles for my main flights. Very MS:) But Mr LC isn't coming so I'll try to fit something in with him too.

    Where do you fancy going?

  • What do you do with the loose change once you empty your pots? I've always tried to spend my loose change because banks don't seem to want to take in large quantities of change and those machines take about 7%

I'd like to join in but wondering whether I'll have a problem at the end having a possible few hundred pounds in coppers and silvers!

I've never had a problem paying it in - as long as you count it into the small individual bags. HSBC also have machines that count change automatically and add it into your account. I used my first one this week - Charing Cross. It was very handy. HTH:)

Well done misskaytee, something more to add to you make £10 a day challenge! :j BTW, sparky originally started off with a celebrations choccy tin too. :D

Thanks LC, for explaining about what to with the cash to strawberrypud. BTW, nothing from Reb, Caz or Our Elsie, many more too either, but several more have come in today, fingers crossed for tomorrow! ;)

Sorry, LC 2 and fishcakes, but no Grand Total will be given out yet, nor an estimate, though I will tell you that it's looking good!!! ;) I just want to give the others chance yet and I'm sure you all understand. :)

    Another good day, Kerry.

    A wonderful start, Purpleroses!

Good for you, juno, is it the pot that hasn't been recycled or the cash? :undecided
