I'm going to try phoning them tomorrow. surely those of us with a similar problem are still entitled to have it as a win, otherwise what would be the point in putting our details in?

I won 442 and also had the blank screen - but today a Barclays letter arrived saying it would start in 6 weeks time so you may be ok anyway.

My sister received her voucher today. I won on same day as her (2nd Dec) and haven't received anything yet. I also received the email about confirming address etc. and she didn't. Think im gonna wait until the end of of next week and then get in touch.
