I don't understand lol. Did she register as a customer and won even though she wasn't a customer, or did she win normally?

She won normally.. she was told by their helpdesk that BIG prizes are for Barclays Customers only, as per their T&C... and they are sending 1 win per email/customer/address due to the number of people winning multiply prizes..

I guess she will have to wait to see if they honour what she has won.. wouldn't be the first time a competition win has been pulled due to t&c being changed.

We'll see

The t&c's say nothing though about big wins being for barclays customers only. With regards to sending 1 win per email/customer/address, nothing in t&c's yet again as wins are unlimitted. Also, t&c's haven't been changed.

7. "Winners are limited to one win per household and also one win per individual (including identification by email address), per month." is what they told her.

anyway conversation is getting boring.. I told her if she gets she gets if not no loss!

May i suggest she reads this out to them over the telephone and takes particular notice of what i have highlighted in red......

But you all seem to be in the know.. so I will take your word over the person who are running the comp. and made the rule! :rotfl:

No win from 8pm to 2pm .. so who knows.. probably no prizes left LOL
