I just phoned their hotline and spoke to possibly the nicest lady ever. They said that it's an error on their part and that I should still be a winner, but to call back tomorrow to make sure as it takes 48 hours for wins to appear on their system. woop!

Quick question....when we have all won the tickets..have they been for the teams we selected? as mine have been for the team i selected just wondered if it made a difference?

You're allowed to use the same email address, there's no restriction. :S
