urgh!!! at 2am I won a four four two subscription after an hour of trying, and was going to gift it to hubby's young football mad cousin...blank screen when I sent my details through. so annoyed to have no reference number

I'm going to try phoning them tomorrow. surely those of us with a similar problem are still entitled to have it as a win, otherwise what would be the point in putting our details in?

Just won Birmingham City V West Brom tickets don't really want them though as not a footie fan, really after the boots, will keep trying

no not had the tickets yet as im holding of a couple more days because im giving the tickets to my dad and his in on holiday at the minute so don't want to waste them. i think i filled in the box where it says enter name and then went on to fill out the details.

Check the email that you used as if you submitted your details but didn't get a ref number the chances are you'll still get the win.

In the T&Cs it says tickets may not be sent until 5 days before the match.

yes i know thats why im waiting, thay dont come back for another week and you have 14 from when thay send you the email to get back in touch with them.
