Why have 2 sets of rules.. T&C and FAQ, which have different information.. T&C doesn;t say "For the 25,000 additional prizes you can win more than once per month per household."

Security code has to match as its shown.. and I put balls in caps, but I don't think it makes any difference

Just been to sign for a letter and it was card for football boots, will have a go at using it fro trainers as it doesn't say anything on card. Well done to all the winners lets keep spinning.

Congratulations on being a winner with Barclays Ticket Office!
Time is running out for us to collect your details to claim your prize, please could you reply to this email, or call 0871 663 5029 within 4 days, to provide us with your full name, contact number and postal address as well as confirming your winning reference number (e.g. XMXXXXXXXXX).
If we do not hear from you in the next 4 days we will have to re-allocate your win to another entrant.

I don't even remember winning and it's the first email I have received from them. Is it genuine? I can't even remember which football team I selected as I was only intereste in the non football stuff.
Any idea what it could be?

Yes its real i got a text message saying i had been confirmed as a customer and had won the tickets then a few days later got the same email. if you are a customer of barclays you get put into a second draw.
