Good morning everyone,
Just popped in for a quick "hello" , minus 8 here this morning. Just getting myself psyched up for another foray into the freezing cold.
It's going to be madness in work today as there was loads stacking up yesterday and we are going to be short staffed today due to lack of transport and holidays. Still, keeps me out of mischief;)
Have a lovely day everyone:)
you will always be rich enough to be generous.0 -
Yesterday wasn't a no spend day and I'm soooo tired that I couldn't even really take in the posts, so I left them till this morning but I'm still too tired that I can't take them in properly.
SF, I hope you had a good birthday. I hope that not too many people gave you joint Xmas and Birthday pressies.
For people with stupid bosses, make sure you're safe, remind them that if you get too stressed out and/or tired because of the long and dangerous journeys that you're undertaking daily they'll have to find cover for you when you're off recovering.
Hoping for a no spend day today. Will ring my gentleman friend and tell him I'm too tired to go out tonight. I need an early night and extra sleep. God I sound old.
Have a good day all.0 -

I actually blame parents for inducing a 'OMG I can't go and now I need to' from always asking kids 'do you want to go to the toilet? I think you should go to the toilet, you won't be able to once we're in the car/on the bus/etc etc' I'm fine until I'm somewhere I can't go, and then as soon as I can't I desparatly need to (Oh I could share some stories but...:o:o:o) Me too :embarasse ....just seen that there is 'Bagpuss the play' on in London in Jan.....which was my FAV ever programme as a child....
but I'm not sure how it would work on stage tho.
I'm sooooo pleased I'm not the only one who travels in fear of not finding a loo; waiting for buses & trains are the best cure for constipation IMO  Unfortunately No2 Offspring has inherited my nervous tummy & the rest of the family get so cross with us but what can you do--when ya godda goo....you godda go!
No4 is mine & intentions were to go shopping today but I've had a lousy night's sleep due to this blummin coldIf I wasn't waking up to wipe it, I couldn't sleep because it was impossible to breathe :wall: This has been going on for well over a week now & I've had enough; anyone want a cold? Muzzy head & itchy eyes included & free to a good home

Aww, he was a very saggy Puss & it wasn't only Emily who loved him
but I'm not sure how it would work on stage tho.

Apparently the play is based on three of the original stories, incl the one with the ballet shoe if you remember that, and is encompassed with older emily coming back to the store and meeting her younger self - which sounds quite Alice in Wonderland to me.
I actually went to the docs after my mum kept going on about the number of times I need to widdle (well given the amount of tea I drink ratioed to my size it isn't really surprising). Doc confirmed I am in fact normal :j (though that might be disputed on here :rotfl:) then said that the 'need to go (or fear of piddling one's panites)' is anxiety related to not being able to go (yes....could have told him that myself). He said, it's like a fear of going into a supermarket and knocking over the pyramid of beans in public....but that I hadn't done that so I was to think about that when I was next in a 'sitaution' as a claming technique..... unfortunately all I can think of now is 'OMG I haven't knocked over the beans yet....BUT what if this is the time I do' :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:
Sorry....was that too much sharing?Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

That's silly - it's December now, so perfectly acceptable.
What was too early was 6th September, which is when we started making/selling them at work

spoon x. I only added the cut up towel to add extra width and length...but it turned out well!!
Today was supposed to be an NSD, but I have to take DS1's suit, shirt and tie up to his girlfriend's parents' house today (about 12 miles away, but icey roads on the way). She is home to perform in a concert tonight before heading back to Uni. They are going to the Uni Xmas Ball tomorrow night...he should have thought about this when he was home a couple of weeks ago!!! :wall:I suppose at least I don't have to take it the 50 miles to him at Uni
So as I am travelling up there, I will probably get some Stardrops...it's the nearest place I can get it and supplies are getting dangerously low.I had planned on going up there on Friday or next week....but since I am there.....I'll have to think about this.

Afternoon all,
Well it isnt a NSD for me but I knew that as I was going into town. OH wasn't well so he looked after Isobelle (she was asleep for the whole 2 hours I was gone!) and I went on my own but bless him he is reinbursing me for what I bought as he doesn't want me to struggle while I'm on maternity allowance which was lovely of him but also made me a feel a bit useless!
Still freezing cold here and incredibly icey in rural Lincolnshire. The car park at Mr T is like an ice rink which was not much fun trying to park a car and not run over people who are walking all over the place!
Well I'm now home, in my hoody & OH's tracksuit bottoms and going to relax. I have to decorate our 2nd xmas tree which is in our hall and draft a few letters for my OH's football training company but other than that a nice relaxing afternoon in the warm!
Hope everyone is having a good day.
