Yep. I tried to order £5 cake and tea but no dice so gave up. I might as well kiss my tenner goodbyeSECRET TO WINNING PRIZES:

It looks like Megadeal credits can only be used to buy Megadeals, so that will be the 4 items at the top of the page showing “Buy it now”?
The “best of the rest” just seem to be advertising Groupon and KGB Deals?
You can buy any of our Pigsback.com Mega Deals using your Mega Deal credits.
For now you will need to have enough credits in your account to pay for the entire Mega Deal but coming soon you can part-pay for a Mega Deal purchase using your credits meaning that, for example, if you have 500 Mega Deal credits you can use them to get £5 off your next Mega Deal purchase.
For every Pigsback.com Mega Deal that you purchase* we will reward you with 50 Mega Deal Credits.
* Applies to Pigsback.com Mega Deals only and excludes the deals from other providers listed in the "Best of the Rest" section0 -
That is even more crap than I thought. - Thanks for looking that up Chrisvose.
Not very happy - am going to turn into a cynical old crone after this.Grocery Challenge £114.22/ £1100 -
From their FB site"The old Pigsback.com business in the UK operated under Empathy Marketing UK Ltd has ceased to trade due to ongoing losses. As a result the old Pigsback.com programme in the UK was closed on 5 Oct 2011.
However the new Mega Deals business operated by the parent company Empathy Marketing Limited has undertaken to offer all members Mega Credits with a value at least equivalent to their old PiggyPoint balances, with a minimum of £5 in credit all cases. Empathy Marketing Limited is the owner of the brand and member data.
For example, if your balance was 3,000 PiggyPoints you could have exchanged this for a £10 reward. Now you have 1000 credits instead worth £10 in Mega Deals. You can use your 1000 credits to purchase a Mega Deal to the value of £10 and very soon you will also be able to make a part-payment for any Mega Deal using your credits, in this example getting a £10 discount for the 1000 credits. So the conversion rate used is 3 PiggyPoints = 1 Mega Deal credit.
If you are unhappy with this you can cancel your account at any time.
We wish to thank you, our UK members, for all your support over the years and we hope that you will accept and in time appreciate this change."

" I ordered a reward. Will I receive it?
We will dispatch any rewards that were ordered before the business ceased trading within the coming weeks.
I am owed points for transacting with partner sites. Will they be credited?
Unfortunately, any points that were outstanding to members from transactions with our partners can no longer by honoured.
What happens my points balance?
We have transferred the equivalent value of your balance into credits that can be used against mega deals offered by the new business."0 -
Was owed about £7-8 worth of points. And I emailed then in late Sept about points not getting credited, and they emailed back to say points for Aug purchases would be credited in early Oct. Then they totally changed the site.0

surely, Martin Lewis will have something to say and hopefully be the wonderous help he always is come Wed0 -
As the company is no longer trading there is little we can do. Best message to pass to them is resign in droves and let's see them try and build up their customer base again.0
