Elc £5 off code glitch

Really hope they honour this! I ordered a few bits for DD to go with her kitchen for christmas, I've already bought a few bits from ELC to go with it, and actually picked more up but put it back as it was just adding up to too much. This has allowed me to get them extra's without going too far money wise. I have spent quite abit in ELC in the past and this just feels like I've got a little something back.

I placed an order with ELC last night and that particular order is still 'processing' as is my order from 3rd Nov! , so I wouldnt use the order status as much of a guide lol!

did u receive a timely despatch email for the 3rd no order?

Ordered on the 3rd, received part of my order on the 5th,didnt get the despatch email until 8th November!
Slight delay on one item where the status has always been processing?

I ordered for next day delivery, haven't had a cancellation but again haven't had a despatch either but by the sounds of things communication may not be their strongest point
