Personally I find any stranger who posts

"Why don't you delete the post and be a clever boy. More chance you will get it.

    Then I'll delete mine"

in an unprovoked manner to be rude. You don't need to know my personal circumstances to use manners. We have a saying that you "take your victim as you find him" in British law. If you jump out and scare an old guy with a weak heart and he dies you are just as responsible for his death as if you knew about his weak heart. Just because you didn't know of my life doesn't mean you shouldn't have used your manners in your origional post.

Not that you could care less. This isn't an agony aunt site either, its for people trying to save money.... which is why i used it. And I only posted to say the items that I had got to go through on the deal. Totally on topic.

Its stebiz who chose to send a rude and offensive message totally without justification. When a polite person would have just messaged "by the way I see you're a newbie.... these posts don't help so can you take it off?"

But then again, you are just giving your opinion, for what it's worth!

Samdf I dont think Stebiz actually meant anything hurtful with his initial post. I think he was just suggesting that you remove your post just in case anyone was 'watching' from ELC and they could somehow locate your order and cancel it. He in turn would remove his post containing your order details.

I hope that 2011 is a better year for both of you.

  • This is the first time I've managed to place a "gabbit" order before the glitch was removed. After reading through your posts after the event next time I will opt for next day delivery.

    Fingers crossed for everyone....
