  • ive had that email too and all items in stock and most say 60 available or 100 available!!! Tut, Tut

    I expected the orders to get cancelled but why not send an email the real reason for cancelling rather than stock availability!!

  • I wonder who's more annoyed this morning - the person getting the ticking off for feeding the code onto the website incorrectly, or the people having to go though probably 1000s of orders cancelling them?

    Still waiting for my email.....
    Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.
  • I just want to say well done to those of you who thought to go for next day delivery! I am not sure why I didn't.... I was certainly saving enough to cover the increase in cost!

    Anyway, my order was placed at 1.30pm and I received the "your order has been received" email. Still showing as processing on the ELC website so just suck it and see I guess.

    Fingers crossed! :undecided

    PS: Just read through the rest of the posts on this board too.... boy did things get a little heated yesterday! Hope everyone chills out and has a lovely 'reduced cost' Christmas! :)

    Haven't got cancellation email yet and I ordered at 1ish yesterday. Keeping fingers crossed although don't hold out too much hope!

  • went for next day delivery,had order recieved email,nothing else,cant check as i didnt set up an account,money has still only been earmarked from account,ohh the suspense is killing me lol
  • I haven't had any email. Not dispatch, no out of stock. Just the 'thanks for your order one'

    I didn't pay for NDD and neither did I actually set up an account as I was trying to complete it quickly so I ding know how I can track my order like many of you are. Any suggestions?

    well they have taken my money out of my account, and my balance and avail balance are the same, so does this mean they have taken the money and honoured my order?
