    Plan for today:
[STRIKE]dailies[/STRIKE] - DW on, laundry started (WIP), lunch and scones made, beef stew in oven, rubbish/recycling put out
clear some space in the kitchen
    budgetting
    CC/present list
    work work
    internet shopping

Time to put lunch dishes away and start WM/TD on another round. My head feels woolly and legs are achy, so I best get moving to take my mind off it.

A&W'sMum well done, I can feel hubbie smiling

Managed to get a few bits done outside before rain stopped play.

Cake should be baked in a minutes and DS due back with DSs too so tea and cake and then insurance for DH and I plus office tidying/paperwork.

ooh, safe electrics - where you can use them with outside leads and everything.

Pea green with envy :p. Most rooms here have one socket and I can't spare one for outside so no lights. We had solar ones but they died very quickly so I refuse tobuy again.

The motion sensitive air freshener in the hallway... I anticipated its spray this morning.. I gaily danced down the stairs.. I flicked my pj leg in front swiftly.. and it hasn't got the speediest of reflexes so when it sprayed I had already moved back out of its demonic spray..

'AHA!!!' I chuckled 'I foiled your dastardly plan to make me smell sweet!'

Skipped down the step into the backroom...

And promptly stepped on half a dead mouse... I hadn't seen that coming!

Thank you for this. Have caught up and after a !!!!!! week of snow and stupid people at work I'm feeling much refreshed coz of giggling at those. Particularly the mouse. Just so you know, I'm laughing with you, not at you.

Phew - have just been lurking for a couple of days but plodding with the lists and am getting somewhere

Toots - I already have my snowman for Monday but can I have Tues, Wed and Fri please?

Our study was used for our business and we now have 2 businesses on the 'go' (they're not really going but we have masses of stock everywhere) - things have been so hectic this year that the room is an utter mess so if we can manage to clear the floor to any extent that would be a huge bonus and will help us try to get some much needed cash out of the businesses. It is hard and a little dangerous to try to get up there with the twins but I might try it with them for 15 minutes but I'm not convinced that I can actually declutter more in 15 mins than they can destroy in 15 mins but nevermind!
I am really pleased to have got the bathrooms done as we have 4 and they are gleaming now and it shouldn't be too hard to keep them that way.
I would love to be able to spend tomorrow on the extras so I am hoping for a quick bedtime for the kids tonight and then we can try to watch TV on real time rather than sky + and blast the study in the ad breaks of I'm a celeb and X factor.
