I've been a cow, OH keeps ringing with reports of his son's wedding, and I have just lost it big time, and told him I don't want to know, (which to be honest I don't) his family don't want to know me, so I don't want to know them, reading that back, makes it seem like playgorund stuff.. (he shoved me, so I shoved him type stuff) I now sat here feeling bad, because he is clearly happy and so he should be, but that doesn't mean I am...... grrrrrrrrrrrrrr
I probably would have done the same thing! Not helpful to know, I realise, but I do think you've been coping with it all remarkably well. It's a hurtful situation. <<hugs>> Kazwookie.Saving up £25000/£3500 by Jan 1st 2012 by selling my clutter. Remember I'm doing it for Dad.
Textiles, languages, travel and a lovely home are not stupid things to want. You have immediate family's support.Appreciate what I've achieved so far. Other people's opinion of me is none of my business.0 -
I have dried some washing and put the bedding in
been out and shovelled more snow away
shouted at a plonker driving a little car and talking on his mobile phone...our road is one way only at the moment and the driving surface is 4 inches of solidly packed snow - so very slippy - how the &^%$ can you drive with one hand in conditions like that.
His window was open so he will have heard me;)
beds stripped and airing
stew stewing in SC

Hello!
Despite the snow DH had a day off yesterday and we went to Bluewater. It was like one of the zombie films where you are one of 10 survivors locked in a shopping centre. Completely empty and only 40% of stores open.
.
:rotfl:Sadly notin fact, things aren't great here right now...
Hope things improve hun. xxx
Greenbee~~hugs sounds like you need them xxx

sorry as you were.
Off to scrub my anger out on the kitchen floor
You are not being a cow, may I say that your OH is being a tad inconsiderate ringing you up with all the details, no fair and actually very insensitive really.
You don't need to be continously humiliated over this, bum to them is what I say.:p
Well not done too much today, it's very strange, almost silent here, most unusual, like time has stopped still.
Obviously not in work but fielding quite a few calls work related. One of my colleagues is getting married tomorrow, I hope all goes well for her and her intended and they manage to get to the venue and their honeymoon.
Other than that made a grilled cheese sandwich as was in the mood.
Little moan...been ebaying, sent an item, everything is sent recorded theses days, that item I cannot find the receipt for ...buyer states hasn't received, I happily state will send refund or replacement as obviously I have no means to double check this arrived, she accepts replacement, I am snowed in, explained cannot get to post office but will send asap, always friendly and polite....&£%!! has opened a fruggin dispute....:mad::mad::mad::mad: argggghhhhhhh.
States in it, how reasonable I am and always respond and that she knows I'm snowed in and admits that the weather is really bad and understands the delay.....so why open a dispute...bluddy numpty.
And breathe.........
Anyway off to do a HHC...going to set my kitchen timer shaped like a chicken for 30 mins.

Thanks guys... OH and I keep upsetting each other at the moment. He always finds it hard when he comes back from seeing his kids. I find it hard that he's allowed to be needy and emotional at times, but I'm not. And I'm worried that he's going to decide that its just too difficult and give up before we really have a chance to give this relationship a chance. While he's still sorting stuff out with his ex I really don't see how we can, but whether he's going to stick it out that long I don't know.
OK... don't think I am pregnant now (won't go into details... probably TMI, but lets just say cramps appear to have had a result) but STILL feel sick, exhausted, emotional and have tummy acheits been going on for over a week now.
Need to go and shift snow so that we can move the car off the road and into the drive.0 -
Hugs to everyone, it seems everyone needs them
. December is always an emotional roller coaster. I've got stuff going on here too.
I haven't read through all the posts, will try to read tonight.

:rotfl::rotfl: TBH I am not sure, if I was some one he had only known for a week or so I would understand, but we have lived together to nearly 3 or 4 years or so now ( I forget the exact date) seems they are happy to come here and visit, but any wedding / christening I get left out........................being the cow I am atm, they are banned from here, takes me to their level, I know, but I don't see why I should be excluded, yet when they come here I am expected to run round /food /drinks / clean /etc etc, OH can still see them, he can go to them.
Yet oddly my step son, ie my exhubbies son, accepts OH and even sends him birthday / presents etc .
Any way kitchen floor scrubbed within an inch of its life.
