Pollybear large hugs for you xxxx
Ah yes I know which way you mean now seafairer's, Tow Law I can just imagine that being horrid. I know DP refused to take somebody there on Friday
Twinsmum there is 16 inches on my DPs car at the mo.... so maybe close? We drove over some snow earlier that easily caught under the landy it was so deep (were making channels to get someone out)

Well a hectic busy day but didn't get much done for us, if that makes sense. Did go shopping before I went for Ds2 (who has a snow day tomorrow) but that was it as too busy clearing paths etc. Buses stopped in the north east at 7pm and we've taken the choice to hibernate. DPs run in the morning cancelled as I just found out the school is closed he takes them to. Made dinner, done a few washer loads and binned some things. Think that's it so far....

Anyway off to see if wm is done then put another in, clear the back step (which is a good 4 inches deep again!) then bed time I think I'm pooped

Snowing again :( why can't it just go away?!
One day I might be more organised...........

    Evening all,

    Massive hugs Pollybear.

Since my last post i have

Washed up by hand as it's too cold to go in the utility room
    S & S Kitchen
    Tidied living room
DS1 hoovered living room & made his packed lunch
    Fed rabbits

I've just about finished a beaded hanging decoration thingy, sort of like a wind chime without the chimes. Two people have asked for one so i thought i'd better have a go. The batteries that have been charging all day for my camera were swiped by Ds2 for his camera so i'll have to photograph it tomorrow.

I'm going to have another little play with my beads now before i go to bed.

    Hi All

Thanks to all at FCC for the lists and stars etc!!!!

I am in this week (a little late) ooooh stars for this week only, woo hoo!!! ( I so missed them) Isn’t it amazing how much it kicks your bum into gear!!! My DD’s room is finally finished and gorgeous if I don’t say so myself. Its pink and silver striped paper hung horizontally (One wall only) and special decals I ordered online and 3d pink glittery hearts n butterflies, I will try post a picture or two! I was up until 2.10 am this morning to get it finished, just waiting on DH to hang curtain/pelmet track back up so freshly washed curtains can go back up
My room is next  but I have gutted all the drawers etc in preparation!! I have been very busy crafting the last few weeks or so to make extra pennies, the first lot I made had to pay for my broken back windscreen and the second lot I made had to pay for brake discs and pads or shoes or something. I also have our Elf (Peppy Monkey Buns) coming on 1st until 24th and I am more excited than I think the kids will be, have all the tasks/mischief set out for him!!!

TOOTS – Can I be in the ironing challenge, need to get back into the HHI & hollyoaks habit again. I was in last years and never managed to empty it but it went from a mountain to a molehill so I was pleased

I hope you are all well and feel guilty at not being on but I suppose I am in the same boat as everyone, very busy time of year, take care for now, and grab a hug/stick/spoon as required x

Special love as always to Lady-L, Toots & Diva x

    Nite all x

  • Pollybear - sorry to hear your news - massive hugs

I'm in again this week please - not done alot today as it was DS 8th birthday so we've done alot with him and visited Mum and Dad [Stepdad but think of him as Dad] he's very poorly at the mo but they can't quite work out whats wrong - some problem with his blood. He's 83 but has always been quite active - bit of a shock to see him tonight looking so ill.

IRONING CHALLENGE - I'm in please - managing to keep on top of it but its always a struggle!!

I'm busy tomorrow morning but will crack on with it in the afternoon - also have an Allotment meeting in the evening so may not get on here much tomorrow but will try and pop in.

Thanks to FLCC for the lists and STARS - yeah

Love, hugs and spoons to all

Well instead of ironing managed to have argument with the ex which wound me up and couldn't be bothered to do anything except pour a BIG drink! Honestly he is a good dad but he needs to prioritise and stick to the arrangement. Also he is getting all maudlin.......oh its going to be so hard at Christmas, i'm dreading it blah blah blah. Um well sorry about that but you left Mr so now you are finding out the consequences of your actions. I think he wants to come back but doesn't know what to say or maybe i'm waaay off mark. I wouldn't let him anyway and wish he'd stop saying he misses me etc. Its not fair. Months ago i thought i'd love it if he said all this stuff but the reality is it just makes me feel really sad. He ruined this family and i'm rebuilding it bit by bit. The more i become like the 'old me' its like the more he wants me. Aaaargh! Anyway sorry about that! On a positive note i have revised my Christmas list, ordered a couple of bits and started a Christmas card list! Now off to bed to chill...we overslept this morning so need my sleep! Night all. xx
