Quillion - huge hugs, it isn't easy. First thing I would do is suggest a change to alternate weekends, you then only have to deal with the impact of his behaviour for a few days and you both get quality time. Mediation can be very worth while - your XP is hurting but he shouldn't be using the child to score off you, and deep down he probably knows that.

Greenbee - good to see you back
soappie - hows the book coming on?
Toots - I am trying to be sensible but I like shiney stars. Results due later this week, the ibuprofen/parrot cocktail is helping a lot.

Find the list, then HHC at 9.45 if anyone wants to join me?

shysarah - just the cold, tighten the lid and give it a good shake.

Half an hour was ambitious. Think I need to stick to 15 minute bursts :o.

I have collected the dirty cups from upstairs, put the recycling out, and emptied/filled the DW. I also lit the fire, next potter will be to get some logs.

Helo all, hope you are all well, I'm afraid I am not keeping up with th ethread (or the flying). Been to the docs this morning as feeling worse than last week.

Been signed off work for another week, she says it is swollen glands, but my gosh it hurts...my head, neck and ear.
Doing the minimum...washing and will attempt to put the duster and hoover around later, after my next set of painkillers...11ish.

Will try and pop in again later, thanks to all at FCC, as usual, Keep well all xx
