    Ooooh, an update. "Out for delivery" again.

    Seeing as it rained over night & a foot of snow on the drive is now about an inch in places/none elsewhere, there's NO excuse now!
    Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.

    Still don't have mine and I got a dispatch note on the 29/11/10 :(
    Went to the tracking site and it dosen't recognise any of my info so I have emailed customer service at Thorntons (yesterday) and no reply so far.

    Received email reply from Thorntons r.e ordering for Next day delivery on 28th and them still not being here - willing to refund the £2 difference so that's a result at least

    Still no delivery here :(

    I'm getting pretty annoyed now, as I've still had no response to my email (sent early on the 2nd) to Thorntons and my delivery has been 'out for delivery' since 04:11 on the 3rd.

    We managed to get some packages via Royal Mail today, so I'm not sure why Hermes, HDNL and CityLink can't make it! I'm waiting on Amazon, Micro Direct, and Thorntons all being delivered. The Amazon (HDNL) one has actually been in Edinburgh since 26/11!!
