Received my hamper today, contents inside were very cold and packaging damp, sellotape had lifted on sweetie bags and contents rolling around the box, I was going to give as gifts but will have to put in 1 big bowl for lucky dip.

I would complain if I were you - they should have been stored in a suitable place in warehouse and with courier!

On a more positive note I received mine today - just gotta wait to get through to call centre to get my £2 refund from next day delivery charge !

Don't laugh, but I've already sold on 6 boxes out of the 20..... £24 back out of the £39 it cost, with 14 boxes left.....

.....so at the moment those 14 boxes have cost me £15 after cashback is included!

Mine came yesterday, the packaging was soaked through on the bottom, I could peel the soggy cardboard open, bottom box of chocs is wet . Don't know whether to complain to CS, give the wet box to my dad or eat them myself. I'm justnot sure how clean the water is and if it would be safe/wise to eat.

But despite the moan, I'm chuffed to bits at the size of box and that they came at all!

I would definetly complain, it's not very nice! (I was lucky that although my box was dumped in snow by couriers, the chocs are ok...i did have to 'check them!' they were yummy!)

No I am with you as well!

We still have snow which has become very icy now and still waiting on 6 deliveries from various companies so I doubt I will get mine today.

My hamper arived this morning - ordered it Thursday evening, so very pleased with the delivery service. It was delivered by the little man who delivers my QVC stuff (Hermes I think), but we are lucky in this part of South Wales in as much as there has hardly been any snow at all.

Hope the rest of you get yours soon.
