That's blummin marvellous - well done

My hamper arived this morning - ordered it Thursday evening, so very pleased with the delivery service. It was delivered by the little man who delivers my QVC stuff (Hermes I think), but we are lucky in this part of South Wales in as much as there has hardly been any snow at all.

Hope the rest of you get yours soon.
Thanks, people think £4 a box is bargain. :D

The plan was to sell 10, keep 2, give 8 away to kid's teachers, etc.
The 10 sold cover the cost of the other 10. 4 more to shift.

Edit: Make that 7 sold now for £28 - almost there! My remaining 13 have now cost £11 lol
Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.
  • im still waiting on my 4 boxes, getting fed up now. they have been out for delivery for nearly a week now. Even the milkman was doen the street at 7am this morning

No I am with you as well!

We still have snow which has become very icy now and still waiting on 6 deliveries from various companies so I doubt I will get mine today.

Mine arrived about an hour ago, and weather is really bad here, that might give you some hope! Very happy household here, better late then never I suppose :j (notice how happy I am now I have chocolate... typical woman!)

    Still not arrived.

I just know that the minute I step out the door I will miss my deliveries and have a devil of a job to get them re-delivered!

    How bizarre.

Received a delivery from Thorntons today but not my order it was an order that someone had sent me as a gift.Nice- but I am really looking forward to getting my own order!

If the postman can get here with a dvd posted yesterday I don't see why the others can't now deliver.

To those who received damaged goods from Thorntons, I have to say that it pays to complain. Last year I ordered two of their design it yourself chocolate boxes but when they arrived they were really poorly made - some kind of fault with the printing I feel. Anyway, I was a bit reluctant to claim as I'd got lots free with the order and they were only an extra granny's gift but I decided to as they'd been quite expensive.

The CS lady couldn't have been nicer, she listened to what was wrong and then offered a refund, which was credited within 48 hours, and they sent me another box of chocolates to apologise.

I ended up feeling a bit guilty about how much free chocolate I ended up with!
