I am waiting for so many things now that I just don't know what's what anymore!

Postman getting here and 2nd part of my order from Mothercare arrived but not the 1st part, parcels out with different drivers apparently.

Come on Thorntons I got my Mothercare and ELC orders today where are my chocs!!!!!

Fed up waiting for my chocs ordered on 28/11 (paid by paypal and didn't get a receipt, just a paypal receipt). I've just spoken to Thorntons and they just needed my address details and HERMES have had them since 2/12 !!! She said they are getting hundreds of phone calls from people with the same problem but that the delay is due to adverse weather conditions. So if you are still waiting, and were worried because you paid by paypal, then I wouldn't waste your time on hold waiting for Thortons to answer their phones, as you'll just be told the same thing. She is contacting HERMES and is getting back to me....

Yep, it's in the backlog pile.....they have reminded the courier...

i have stil not received my order although have another order out with hermes today so if they turn up will ask if he knows what i can do about my other parcel as its still meant to be out for delivery. the usual driver is realy nice and helpful so will hopefully be the same one

mine have been out for delivery again today but nothing has come again. my parcel wasnt delivered the other day either from them, getting very boring now. all the streets are pretty clear here now so there are really no excuses tbh.

Mine arrived today. Boxes of mints not damaged but lollipops broken in half they were loose in the bottom of the box so its no wonder they were damaged.
