I ordered on the 28th, and still haven't had delivery. However, today the tracking changed to 'out for delivery' and a friend of mine in England got hers at 9pm, so I'm hopeful! I'm also still waiting for an Amazon delivery which was dispatched on the 25th, and a micro direct order which was supposed to arrive on 1st Dec ... Rrraaaarrrrrrrr to the Edinburgh snow!"...Our greatest fear is not that we are inadequate,

Yes mine were delivered by Hermes.
I had a delivery due from Next last week (who also use Hermes) and although my Next parcel was due for a Saturday delivery and was showing as 'out for delivery' on the tracking website, it didn't arrive until the Monday, and my Hermes driver explained the tracking website is not accurate!0 -
Ordered mine on Sunday, like many on here, through paypal.
No confirmation, only confirmation was from paypal.
After much faffing about i finally get a reply back from thorntons that the order has gone through - BUT its still sitting in the warehouse.
This was my first and last time ordering through thorntons online.

Well, that's me still waiting for my order as well, 5 days after paying for next day delivery. Tried again to get through to CS and gave up after who knows how long.
Funny thing is, they were so quick to take payment from me - that was the only thing 'next day' about my order!

Hermes tracking not accurate? Wouldn't surprise me, mine are "still out for delivery since 6.12am yesterday".
Plenty of other deliveries got here today, including couriers with ebay goods, my Boots delivery & the postman.
No excuse for them not to be here by now.Fog on The Tyne isn't mine all mine... but if I wanted it, I'd want it with a discount code.0 -
mine are the same have been out for delivery since 5.12am on 1st december. Ive had no other post or anything though and am expecting loads as have bought around 12 items off ebay, xmas stuff from amazon, etc on 25th and 26th November and nothing has arrived.0
