Great find - just got 4 boxes for £12.45!

How did you get £2.86 each? They're £5/box on BOGOF so 4 boxes would be £10.00 - minus 15% discount of £1.50 makes the total £8.50 plus £3.95 postage makes it £12.45 (£3.11/box) delivered - still a fab bargain.

how do you get BOGOF its not letting me do that, its charging me 4.25 each ?

mine are the same have been out for delivery since 5.12am on 1st december. Ive had no other post or anything though and am expecting loads as have bought around 12 items off ebay, xmas stuff from amazon, etc on 25th and 26th November and nothing has arrived.
I've decided there is no longer an excuse for the non-delivery & have emailed Hermes directly:

I notice from your tracking system that my parcel **************, which was scheduled for delivery yesterday according to Thorntons, still shows as having left for delivery at 6.12am yesterday morning.

Whilst I understand the severe weather in place on the 2nd Dec, numerous couriers have since managed to deliver parcels here today 3rd Dec, so therefore I would like to know both where my parcel is & the reason for the further delay.

Neither your tracking system nor the retailer can answer this question.

Grrrrr, how idiotic is this system?

    Edit:
    The reply:

We apologise, but are unable to deal directly with you regarding your parcel enquiry.

Please contact the company with whom you placed your order.

    Thank you.
