As payment has already been taken from my bank account I was fully expecting my mugs to arrive .
If you are not going to honour this mistake caused by your systems on this occasion, please refund my money and confirm this has been done, I do not wish to telephone.
Kind regards
Now maybe I have misunderstood the situation, but is it not the case that if payment has actually been taken from your payment method, then the company has to do what ever they can to either supply the item, a suitable alternative or to issue a refund, and as in this case they can supply the item or suitable alternative (unless they cease to offer such mugs on their site), then surely the orders should be honoured? Maybe someone with a better understanding of the law could clarify for you.butterfly )i(0 -
No one seems to be wound up over it? emailing is just a last attempt at getting them to honour, worth a shot, no?

Worth a punt of course!
Just the tone a couple of those emails are a bit OTT.
Were you really shocked and disappointed about the glitch not working
Don’t get me wrong, I love a glitch, I’ve bagged a few myself.
But I always have an open mind about them. I realize that I am knowingly taking advantage of a company, so it seems a bit hypocritical to write an email to complain about their actions!
If the glitch is fixed & order canceled I don’t see the point in getting angry about it; it was a deal I wouldn’t have had normally anyway!0 -
I'm no expert so was just wondering if there is nothing making you accept that you have read and understood the T&Cs (i.e a check box) does that still mean you are bound to the T&Cs? Because i did not read the T&Cs nor acknowledge them, then technically i was unaware that the one voucher rule existed.
I'm sure someone will prove me wrong straight away but was just wondering what the rule is in that situation?28/04/11 - A bad day for shoppers everywhere (Tesco shoppers that is!) RIP DTD :A0 -
I think they are a bargain even with just the one discount code, depends how much you love your team i suppose :j0

Yep I got the email too and have replied asking them to cancel. Yes it's still a good price but as one was to put away for my Dad's 60th in 18 months time I think I'll just cancel and wait!0

Yep, Email here too.... Vicky must have been a busy girl sending all them emails today

In my reply I simple told them
Hello Vicky,
With regards to your email I am a little confused...
I had entered in 1 voucher and it told me it would calculate the best discount for me so I entered another, as I wasnt sure what the best discount would be, expecting it to do just that and the best discount price total I got was £4.93 and as I couldnt adjust the price myself to accept 1 code I completed my order. I assume you will be sorting this little 'glitch' that has appeared through your system!!
If you will not be fulfilling my order at the price your site charged then I will accept a full refund please.
Kind regards,0 -

Once the voucher is entered a box comes up telling you only one voucher can be used and they will calculate the best possible discount for your order which you have to click 'ok' to proceed so technically you cant miss it!!0 -
I got the same email but I still want the mugs as I think they are still good pressies for a fiver each. I have emailed back as I am not sure how to make my extra payment so will wait to hear back :cool:0
