I got the same E-Mail. I'm just going to return the E-Mail & cancel the order as they where just to be cheap stocking fillers & I don't want to spend anymore £ with them, shame!:(

Hi Vicky,
With all due respect, this is your websites issue not mine. If two codes are not allowed to be used, why does your website allow them to go through? This seems to be an issue at your end which you are not prepared to accept responsibility for. Not one apology for your mistake is mentioned in your email, strange you must have forgotten to add it in.
You can go ahead and cancel my order thanks.

Hi, I am shocked and disappointed that your system allowed the codes to take the discount if this is the case. As payment has already been taken from my bank account I was fully expecting my mugs to arrive as obviously these are for gifts. I would not have bought them otherwise, and had I received a good service this time, I would have returned to buy some more personalised gifts.

If you are not going to honour this mistake caused by your systems on this occasion, please refund my money and confirm this has been done, I do not wish to telephone.

Considering the conditions on the voucher appear to clearly say it can't be used in conjunction with another offer, I'm amazed people are getting so would up by it!
Everyone knew it was a glitch, so in this case it seems reasonable that they are at least offering you an alternative!

No one seems to be wound up over it? emailing is just a last attempt at getting them to honour, worth a shot, no?
