Whilst the £10 off code has expired, has anyone successfully been able to place an order using the 25% off by adding 5 emails along with the 50% off code? I can't seem to get both to work together. Plus there is the 22.72% TCB discount on top.

Just received this email regarding the 2 football mugs.... not sure what to do, not a bad price, but only a cheap stocking filler and could find something else to spend a fiver on!! why oh why do these company's except orders only to send emails like this a day or so later.... I like the we can refund, but you must email or phone to arrange this!!

You have placed an order on our Personalised Football Gift website this weekend using two discount vouchers. A condition on using our 50% Off discount voucher is that it cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. This is clearly printed on the terms and conditions on the rear of the voucher.
We cannot fulfil any orders that have been placed using two discount vouchers.
If you have placed an order using more than one discount voucher we can give you a full refund against your order. You must phone or email us to arrange this.
Alternatively - If you would like us to fulfil your order exactly as you have placed it then you will need to call us and arrange to pay an additional. £4.93. Your order for both mugs will then be fulfilled and despatched within 3 working days. This is the total amount of your order with 50% deducted. This still means that you are paying under £5 for each fully personalised mug and no P&P
Either way you need to make contact and let us know what you would like to do here.

Am a bit miffed at having to phone them to be honest!!! Surely they need to simply refund if they are not going to fulfill orders?

Arggghhh I got the dreaded e-mail and I am miffed too about having to ring them! I cant see a phone number either in the e-mail so we will have to find that ourselves lol!

Maybe they are hoping people will pay the other £4 odd to allow the order to go through.

That's what I wondered too? I wonder if they've already made the mugs as they're personalised - and are hoping to not lose the manufacturing costs out of it.

I didn't take the p - just ordered 2 mugs for DH and DS.

Oh well, another glitch down the swanney ... I'm not doing very well this year - think I must be jinxed.

Am going to try emailing.
