    just found an email from the company in my junk folder. Saying as I ordered using two vouchers they won't send the order. However i can have the order IF i call and pay more money, or they can refund IF i call and ask for one.

    EITHER way i have to call them!!!!

    I don't think that this is a very big company and they are doing their best to sort this out. It's not like a glitch at Tescos.     Totally agree, I never do any glitches for small companies like this, wheras I regard Tesco and M and S as fair game in view of the massive profits they make.

    Anyone else had confirmation of their refund yet? I've heard nothing yet, have sent a follow up email as just want to when it is being actioned.

    Not heard a thing. Still don't think they should be just taking the money if they arent sending the goods?
  • Im new to this site ( Hi everyone!) and would just like to say how refreshing it is to see how many people have responded positively to the fact that they can only use 1 voucher code. After reading that the 2 codes could not be used together I half expected to read a load of nasty comments and was pleasantly surprised to find that so many still seem happy to pay the extra ( I have to agree it is still a very good price)
