    well as i said earlier my refund has come through maybe wait a couple more days as it soulnds like theres alot of refunds to get through.

    I have emailed them as their phone number is an 0844 number.
    They took my money but never sent me any emails.
    I wonder if they will reply or will I have to contact the credit card company for chargeback.
    They must be minting from the 0844 number!!!!!!
