I phoned this morning and paid my extra as I still want my mugs. Spoke to Vicky who was very pleasant. These are still good value pressies

When I phoned this morning I got put through to Vicky. Was expecting her to be really frazzled as I bet she has spoken to so many people the last few days but she was really nice

The refund must be pending on my CC a/c as the balance is wrong by that amount ( wrong in my favour) It jsut hasn't been added yet

I replied to her email on 29th November to cancel, and they took my money the day AFTER...! Not very happy about that. No refund in sight either. Maybe they're sending me the mugs?

Just emailed again, because I'm a bit confused.

Spoke to Vicky at their contact number earlier and she said she was slowly working through all the email for refunds...She seemed to be doing them all herself...Anyway she kindly actioned mine while I was on the phone ...Very nice lady...So be patient guys I think they are only a small company but they are dealing with it slowly...

same as these also....seems a little bit naughty, although I understand that Vicky is very nice etc etc!! Vicky is sooooo famous, I hope she's reading this, with all the nice comments about her!:)
