Good grief Pippi! Fingers crossed that you don't blow away
(personally, I'm hoping for the weather we had the first year we came to Orkney at Christmas - absolutely gorgeous, sunny days, golden light, beautiful sunrises over the sea, hardly wore a coat for a fortnight - and we have the photos to prove it)

LT You might try the Boots effervescent energy tablet things - they're like berocca and similar only far cheaper! (They were giving them away as a freebie with three purchases from the vitamin & supplement range a while back) They are effective, but do turn your wee dayglo yellow so be warned! :rotfl:
They also gave me a very urgent urge to ......emmmm...... do a number 2....... so be warned

Can you not get any as roadkill Pippi or are they not native in the OrkneysA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

:j:j:T:T:T:j:j:j Well done you. Goes to show that these big bully banks aren't so big when you have the courage to stand up to them. Bet they dont mess with you again.
I am so happy for you I am grinning from ear to ear. What a lovely Christmas present. Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0 -
BRILLIANT news Pippi! :T :T :T Exscellent! :T :T :T :T
And :rotfl: at the chickens not being able to escape cos the ferries have been cancelled :rotfl: :rotfl:
(you *will* make sure the ferries are reinstated for our trip, won't you?? I haven't factored in a Plan H for if the ferries are cancelled  Mind you, I'm guessing that if our ferry is cancelled yours will be too, so the chickens will be ok even if we're on opposite sides of the pentland firth waving to each other :rotfl:)0
