KC - so long as you don't stand by with a video camera to watch me wobbling up the road on my bike, I'll still love you I've left the bike at the front of the house, unlocked, in the forlorn hope that someone will nab it, but I live in far too good an area, someone would be more likely to take pity on me and rub off all the rust/cobwebs than steal the darned thing......!

I don't think anyone needs video cameras, it seems as though half the village saw me and was ......picking DD up from school was very funny, lots of friends coming up in admiration/astonishment/(hopefully not scorn); even the shoe shop lady saw me zooming by (and told me off for not wearing my helmet!). Just hope noone's commented on FB, that would be really embarrassing!!

She has a new thing this afternoon... has discovered that the bed head and end can be moved with a remote control thing!!!... so has been wanting to change position every 5 mins...

I may start planting seeds for my little empire - need something positive to do - weather shocking here - can't dig up the lawn - which is what I feel like doing!

I've got a pile of tupperwares boxes as peedie mini greenhouses to put on the window ledges with the first of my vegetable plants in when I sow them in their little coir pots. I'll sow them, put thier lids on and leave them on the window sill in their mini ecosystem when I'm done. Not quite a propatagor but don't tell them!!! (My big one too big for the window sill) - I've an electric blanket (old) for them to have under them on the window sill - very heath robinson in construction - problem with sitting on planes and in airports you come up with the most crazy ways of doing things..........
