Pippi, have a great journey home MrA's just called me and has been taking the mickey out of me and whether or not I'll manage to make it up the hill, so the gauntlet has been thrown down, I think I need to head out to the shed and get some sneaky practice in

Update: Phew, the bike is out of the shed, I have a bike, a helmet, a basket, a lock (complete with key!!) and I borrowed my neighbour's very industrial looking pump and hopefully the tyres will stay up and I think I'm going to have to take some painkillers as my back is already hurting. Grrr. What a wooss! But, at least I'm sort of the way there.

I might have to try getting on the damned thing now!!!

I'm doing something very novel, well for me. I've been in a lift (first one since October) and on an escalator (not sure when ever on one of those last!) and now I'm in a global type coffee shop - very unusual too making most of free Internet!

Left granny early early popped in before train - when we left she was settling in for a nice doze all cosy and comfy loved ones around lots of hugs and love about. Xx

Oooh get me, I managed to cycle (and walk a little bit) over to MrA's house to surprise him and demand tea and cuddles He was very impressed (as well he should be, it nearly killed me!!). Coming back home just now is far easier, it's downhill....but at least I that it is like riding a bike
