Wooh hoo...found you again!!!! :wave::wave:
Did you all have a wonderful Christmas and New Year....despite the snow!!??
I was manically knitting. stitching and crafting presents for Xmas and (some to sell), so dropped off the computer for weeks/months...then I couldn't find you when I returned!!!
I am trying to restrict my computer time too, so I can get lots of other things done...and there is soooo much to do!I will pop back and work my way through the thread (not so new now :rotfl:) at another time.
Been listening to England winning the latest one day international this morning (:T) while sewing up some (stripey!) fingerless gloves. They are a birthday present for our friendly sports physio (both DS2 and I see her)...I really feel old...she is only 25!! (I'm now twice her age :eek::eek:)
Right, I must love you and leave you and get some bits done round the house.
Hope the dire weather up north isn't getting you down too much Pippi xxx

Not good Pippi, you take care of yourself and have a good long snooze. xSome days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. Sometimes courage is the quiet voice at the end of the day saying, I will try again tomorrow -- Mary Anne Radmacher0

Hello Virgoean welcome, what LT said but nobody has mentioned the pancakes and hobnobs that we share.
EH what a picture I now have painted in my head.
I love it around Loch Lomond it is my heaven. Espescially playing Its a kind of magic at full blast as you tootle along the roads. I nearly bought a shop in Arrochar! Right on Loch Long overlooking the Ben Arthur and the Cobbler. Oh and right next door to the couple who bought a house on Relocation Relocation Sorry, just felt the need to share.
Ahh, I remember that one - I would have bought that house too! It's a lovely area - I think pretty much the whole West Coast is lovely - I was lucky enough a few years ago to be able to drive right along the top of scotland from John O'Groats westwards, then down the west coast and on south via the Lake district, into Wales, then down through Somerset, Devon & Cornwall to Lands End. It was a fantastic experience and one which I will never forget, but that bit at the top of Scotland - wow!

That sounds fabulous EH. Yes the house on relocation is lovely. Met the couple and got on really well with them. They were doing really well, they were living in the cottage behind the house on the programme. But they knocked it down and built a new one!! The pottery is doing really well and the house was always booked. Lucky couple but they do work very hard.Some days there aren't any trumpets, just lots of dragons. Courage doesn't always roar. I remember that one - it was on recently, actually, the first version. They looked to me like they made their own luck, and worked really hard ... mind you, the parents looked *really* rich.
Pippi, I hope you're fast asleep by now, you don't sound well.
